1. Metals & Alloys: Geo-Chem offers comprehensive testing services for metals and alloys, encompassing chemical analysis through Wet Analysis, OES, PMI, XRF, and ICP methods. Mechanical testing covers parameters like tensile strength, bend, compression, hardness, and impact, along with macro and micro metallography examination. Corrosion testing includes IGC A, B, C, and E, HIC, and more. We analyze various products such as iron base (low alloy and stainless steels), aluminum alloys, copper alloys, nickel alloys, zinc alloys, solders, ferroalloys (ferro silicon, ferro chrome, etc.), and more, in forms like plates, sheets, rods, bars, structural steels, and forgings.

2. Ores & Minerals: Our chemical testing services for ores and minerals utilize Wet Classical Methods, XRF, and ICP to determine purity and impurities. We analyze a range of materials including manganese ores, iron ores, chrome ore, limestone, bauxite, cobalt concentrates, zinc concentrates, and more.

3. Liquid Fuels & Lubricants: Geo-Chem conducts chemical testing for liquid fuels and lubricants, covering a wide array of products such as crude oil, naphtha, diesel, petrol, furnace oil, lubricants, petrochemicals, solvents, and aromatics. Our testing includes parameters like density, viscosity, flash point, pour point, cloud point, sulphur content, wear metal analysis, and more.

4. Coal & Coke: We perform chemical testing for coal and coke, including proximate analysis, ultimate analysis, TGA, AFT, Hard Groove Index and more covering various solid fuels and graphite.

5. Construction Material: Our testing services for construction materials include aggregates, cement, concrete, AAC blocks, tiles, fly ash, sand soil, and mix designs. Chemical composition analysis, LOI, moisture content, and mechanical testing like compression strength, flexural strength, impact value, and durability testing are conducted. Additionally, we perform NDT of concrete, covering parameters like half-cell potential, cover depth, UPV, rebound hammer, and core extraction.

6. Precious Metal Analysis: Precious metal analysis like Gold, silver, Palladium, Platinum, Rhodium etc by ICP and XRF. Analysis of Gold and silver by Fire Assay method by ICP finish. The Fire Assay Method is centuries old, but it is still one of the most reliable methods for performing assays to determine the metal content in an ore that contains precious (noble) metals - Gold, Silver and Platinum.
