| 1964 | GEO-CHEM is established in Fort, Mumbai, with its first inspection and testing facility. |
| 1987: | A new laboratory dedicated to Metals, Minerals, Pharmaceuticals, and Agriculture is opened in Mulund, Mumbai. |
| 1988: | GEO-CHEM receives its first FDA Maharashtra approval for pharmaceutical testing. |
| 2002: | The company secures its first NABL accreditation for ISO 17025, reinforcing its dedication to quality and technical competence. |
| 2004-2006: | GEO-CHEM gains approvals from BIS, GAFTA, FOSFA and SLSI for its testing and inspection activities of food and agricultural products. |
| 2007: | GEO-CHEM Food Testing Laboratory earns approval from AGMARK for sampling and testing of Fruits & Vegetables. |
| 2008: | The company secures additional accreditation for ISO 9001. |
| 2009: | GEO-CHEM Food Testing Laboratory earns approvals from the Government of Russia and Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, expanding its global testing services. |
| 2010: | A new specialized Food & Pharma Testing Laboratory is inaugurated in Kanjurmarg, Mumbai. |
| 2015: | GEO-CHEM secures its first broadens its footprint with the opening of a Food Laboratory in Kochi, Kerala. |
| 2016: | The Kanjurmarg Food Lab becomes a FSSAI-notified laboratory and gains APEDA recognition for the testing of organic products under NPOP. 2017: The company secures another accreditation for ISO 17020. |
| 2018: | The Kanjurmarg Food Lab achieves an integrated NABL accreditation, receiving approvals from APEDA, EIC, FSSAI, IOPEPC, and the Tea Board of India. |
| 2020: | The Kanjurmarg Food Lab is authorized by Food Experts to conduct export analysis of fruits and vegetables. |
| 2021: | GEO-CHEM’s Kanjurmarg Food Lab becomes the first Indian Category A lab outside Europe to be approved by Fruitmonitoring for sampling and testing of grapes. |
| 2022: | GEO-CHEM joins the Cotecna Group, unlocking new resources for expansion. The Kanjurmarg Food Lab also gains approval from Indonesia and also earns recognition under the Spices Board Laboratory recognition scheme in India. |
| 2023: | The organization secures approvals from Korea’s Ministry of Food & Drugs Safety, GMP+, and the London Metal Exchange (LME), affirming its commitment to international standards. |
| 2024 | The organization proudly celebrated its remarkable 60-year milestone and was honored with two prestigious accolades — the 'Coal Inspection Agency of the Year' award and the 'National Occupational Health and Safety Award'. |
| 2025 | Continuing its growth trajectory, the Drugs, Pharmaceuticals, AYUSH, and Cosmetics testing lab was relocated to a new location in Digha, Kalwa, Mumbai, and a new state-of-the-art Food and Agricultural testing lab was set up in Unjha, Gujarat. |
